银川市典农河流域鱼类多样性研究及水生态系统健康评价

典农河作为银川市主要淡水生态系统之一,其水生态系统健康状况与银川市的高质量发展息息相关.2022 年 9 月在典农河流域开展野外采样调查,共设置采样点 40 个,采集鱼类和水环境因子信息,分析了典农河流域鱼类群落结构和功能多样性,并采用鱼类完整性指数法对典农河流域水生态系统健康状况进行了评价.结果表明:影响典农河流域鱼类群落结构的主要环境因子为总氮;典农河、阅海、宝湖和鹤泉湖鱼类物种数、群落物种多样性和功能多样性存在显著差异;阅海水生态系统健康状况优于典农河、宝湖和鹤泉湖,典农河和鹤泉湖水生态系统健康均处于良好等级,宝湖则处于一般等级.
Assessment on Fish Diversity and Aquatic Ecosystem Health in the Diannong River Basin of Yinchuan
The Diannong River,one of the primary freshwater ecosystems in Yinchuan City,is intricately related with the high quality devel-opment of the study area.In September 2022,a comprehensive field sampling survey was conducted in the Diannong River basin,encompass-ing a total of 40 sampling sites.Through the collection of fish specimens and assessment on water environmental factors,an analysis was con-ducted to assess the structural dynamics and functional diversity of fish community in the Diannong River basin.In addition,the health of aquatic ecosystem in the Diannong River basin was quantitatively assessed by using the Biological Integrity Index methodology.The results in-dicate that the primary environmental factor affecting the fish community structure in the Diannong River basin is total nitrogen.Significant differences are observed in the species number,community species diversity,and functional diversity of fish between Diannong River,Yue-hai,Baohu Lake,and Hequan Lake.The aquatic ecosystem health of Yuehai is superior to that of Diannong River,Baohu Lake,and Hequan Lake.Diannong River and Hequan Lake both exhibit a good level of water quality,while Baohu Lake is at a moderate level.
