长江中游地区水生态安全时空演化特征及障碍因素研究

合理评价长江中游地区水生态安全时空演化规律并分析其影响因素,可为长江中游地区水生态安全屏障构建提供参考.基于PSR模型构建区域水生态安全评价指标体系,运用熵权法对长江中游地区 2011-2020 年水生态安全状况进行评价,结合障碍度模型分析其水生态安全障碍因素并提出对策建议.结果表明:长江中游地区水生态安全综合指数从 2011 年的 0.348 3 增大到2020 年的 0.434 0,总体呈上升态势;长江中游地区水生态安全障碍度排序结果为响应>状态>压力,且受科学技术支出、生态用水量、人均水资源量、固定资产投资额、工业用水总量的综合影响;长江中游地区水生态安全空间正相关,且区域内呈现集聚分布;长江中游各省水生态安全水平大多接近临界安全等级,距离基本安全等级还有很大差距.
Spatial-Temporal Evolution and Obstacle Diagnosis of Water Ecological Security in the Middle Reaches of Yangtze River
Reasonable evaluation of the spatial-temporal evolution of water ecological security in the middle reaches of Yangtze River and a-nalysis of its influencing factors can provide references for the construction of water ecological security barriers in the middle reaches of Yan-gtze River.The evaluation index system of regional water ecological security was established based on PSR model,and the water ecological security status of the middle reaches of Yangtze River from 2011 to 2020 was evaluated by entropy weight method.The obstacle factors of wa-ter ecological security were analyzed combined with the obstacle degree model and countermeasures were proposed.The results show that the comprehensive index of water ecological security of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has increased from 0.348 3 in 2011 to 0.434 0 in 2020,showing an overall upward trend.The ranking result of water ecological security obstacle degree of the middle reaches of Yangtze River is response>status>pressure,and it is comprehensively affected by scientific and technological expenditure,ecological water consumption,per capita water resources,fixed assets investment and industrial water consumption.The spatial correlation of water ecological security in the middle reaches of Yangtze River is positive,and it shows the characteristics of aggregation distribution in the region.The water ecological se-curity level of the provinces in the middle reaches of Yangtze River is mostly close to the critical safety level,and there is still a big gap be-tween reaching the basic safety level.
