基于改进模糊评价法的海绵城市效益评估

近年来,社会经济迅猛发展,城市化进程加速,城市地表硬化率提高,导致城市内涝风险大幅提升,同时城市面源污染日益加剧,改善居住环境已迫在眉睫.以广州庙头涌排涝片为研究区域,建立SWMM模型并率定,对比分析布设LID设施对径流和污染的影响,最后运用改进的模糊评价法,从经济、环境、社会 3 个维度对LID综合效益进行评估.结果表明:布设LID之后,广州庙头涌排涝片的综合效益由Ⅳ级提升到Ⅱ级,综合效益良好;庙头涌排涝片多项LID设施布设时,应优先考虑透水铺装+绿色屋顶,可削减77%的径流总量,削减40%的污染物;庙头涌排涝片单项LID设施布设时,应优先布设透水铺装,可削减35%的径流总量,削减20%的污染物.
Benefit Evaluation of Sponge City Based on Improved Fuzzy Evaluation Method
In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of urban surface hardening rate,the risk of urban waterlogging has been greatly increased and the urban non-point source pollution has become increasingly serious,so it is urgent to improve the living environment.Taking Miaotouchung flood drainage area in Guangzhou as the research area,SWMM model was established and determined,and the impact of LID facilities on runoff and pollution was compared and analyzed.Finally,the improved fuzzy evaluation method was applied to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of LID from three dimensions of economy,environ-ment and society.The results show that after the deployment of LID,the comprehensive benefit of Miaotouchong area in Guangzhou is im-proved from grade Ⅳ to grade Ⅱ,and the comprehensive benefit is good.When arranging many LID facilities in Miaotouchong drainage area,priority should be given to permeable pavement and green roof,which can reduce 77%of total runoff and 40%of pollutants.When laying sin-gle LID facilities in Miaotouchong drainage area,priority should be given to laying permeable pavement,which can reduce the total runoff by 35%and the pollutants by 20%.
