黄河河口及其三角洲地区受海水入侵倒灌、外来物种入侵等问题影响,陆域生态系统出现湿地萎缩、生物多样性受损等生态问题,黄河河口及其三角洲生态系统面临严峻挑战.从构建法规政策与制度体系、实施分级管控与保护、保障水资源供给等方面总结了黄河三角洲生态保护的主要举措;系统阐述了黄河三角洲湿地修复的主要方法、技术和所采取的工程措施;就黄河三角洲互花米草的现状及其防治进行了概略说明.针对当前黄河三角洲生态保护与修复存在的主要问题,提出了进一步健全法规制度体系、加强行业部门间的协调与协同、坚持分类施策以实现均衡和可持续发展、充分发挥黄河入海泥沙的生态功能等建议.
Analysis of the Measures for Ecological Protection and Restoration of the Yellow River Delta
The Yellow River estuary and its delta areas are facing severe ecological challenges due to the issues such as seawater intrusion,backflow,and invasion of exotic species.These problems have led to the shrinkage of wetlands and a decline in biodiversity within the terres-trial ecosystem.This article gave a brief introduction to the primary measures of ecological protection in the Yellow River delta.Main meth-ods,technologies,and engineering measures adopted for wetland restoration in this region were elaborated,especially for the species of Spar-tina alterniflora,including its status quo and issues for prevention and control.In order to overcome the main problems presented in the pro-tection and restoration of the ecosystem of the Yellow River delta,the promising approaches suggested could include improving regulatory sys-tems,strengthening coordination across sectors,applying tailored instruments,and leveraging the ecological function of sediment of the Yellow River discharged into the sea.
