黄河流域河南段科技创新与绿色发展耦合协调研究

为给黄河流域科技创新驱动绿色发展提供科学支撑,以黄河流域河南段 8 个地市科技创新与绿色发展的耦合协调关系为研究对象,基于2012-2021 年8 个地市面板数据,利用主客观赋权法和协调发展度模型,探讨流域科技创新与绿色发展两系统的时空耦合特征.结果表明:研究期内黄河流域河南段各地市科技创新和绿色发展综合指数均有明显增长,多呈科技创新滞后型发展;各地市两系统耦合度持续提升,科技创新与绿色发展呈现明显的正向促进作用;各地市科技创新与绿色发展协调发展度均有不同程度提升,存在空间异质性;郑州、洛阳属绿色创新协调类地市,新乡、济源、三门峡、焦作、开封属绿色创新磨合类地市,濮阳属绿色创新拮抗类地市.基于研究结论,提出了强化绿色创新协调类地市创新成果供给的有效性、提升绿色创新磨合类地市的科技创新水平、补齐绿色创新拮抗类地市科技创新短板等提升科技创新与绿色发展耦合水平的建议.
Research on the Coupling Coordination of Scientific and Technology Innovation and Green Development in Henan Section of the Yellow River Basin
In order to provide scientific support for innovation-driven green development in the Yellow River Basin,this paper studied the coupling and coordination relationship between scientific and technological innovation and green development in eight cities in Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.Based on the panel data of eight cities from 2012 to 2021,the subjective and objective weighting method and the coordinated development degree model were used to explore the temporal and spatial coupling characteristics of scientific and technological in-novation and green development system in Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the scientific and technological in-novation and green development indexes of the eight cities all increased significantly,but due to the low starting point of scientific and tech-nological innovation,most of the cities still show lagging development of scientific and technological innovation.The coupling degree of scien-tific and technological innovation and green development in cities continues to improve,and there is an obvious positive correlation between the two systems.The coordinated development degree of scientific and technological innovation and green development in the basin presents has been improved to varying degrees,and there is spatial heterogeneity.Zhengzhou and Luoyang are the coordination areas of green innova-tion,Xinxiang,Jiyuan,Sanmenxia,Jiaozuo and Kaifeng are the run-in areas of green innovation,and Puyang is the antagonistic area of green innovation.Based on the research conclusions,suggestions are put forward to improve the coupling level of scientific and technological innovation and green development,such as strengthening the effectiveness of innovation achievements supply in the green innovation coordi-nation area,improving the scientific and technological innovation level in the green innovation running in the area,and making up the short-comings of scientific and technological innovation in the green innovation antagonism area.
