黄河流域数字经济与实体经济的融合发展研究

黄河流域在我国经济社会发展和生态安全方面具有重要战略地位,推动数字经济与实体经济融合发展是实现其高质量发展的重要途径.在构建数字经济与实体经济评价指标体系的基础上,对黄河流域九省(区)2013-2021 年数字经济和实体经济融合水平和空间差异进行评价.结果表明:黄河流域数字经济发展水平呈上升趋势,实体经济发展水平受环境保护等因素影响呈下行态势,但近期有所企稳.黄河流域数实融合水平实现由濒临失调到勉强协调的转变,空间上呈现下游高、中游居中和上游低的格局,空间分异整体呈现缩小—扩大—缩小的趋势,其中区域间净差异是主要来源.从构建数实融合平台、数字新基建投入、数字技术创新和发展实体经济方面提出相应建议.
Research on Integrated Development of Digital Economy and Real Economy in the Yellow River Basin
The Yellow River Basin has an important strategic position in China's economic and social development and ecological security,and promoting the integration of the digital economy and the real economy is an important approach to achieving high-quality economic devel-opment.On the basis of building the evaluation index system of digital economy and real economy,the integration level and spatial differences of digital economy and real economy in nine provinces(autonomous regions)of the Yellow River Basin from 2013 to 2021 were evaluated.It is found that the development level of digital economy in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise,while the development level of real economy is on the decline due to environmental protection and other factors,but it has stabilized recently.The level of digital-real integration in the Yellow River Basin has changed from"on the verge of out of balance"to"barely harmonized",and the spatial pattern is high in the down-stream,middle in the middle and low in the upstream,and the overall spatial difference shows a trend of narrowing-widening-shrinking,of which the net difference between regions is the main source.Finally,recommendations are proposed in terms of constructing a digital-real in-tegration platform,investing in new digital infrastructure,digital technology innovation and developing the real economy.
