黄河流域水-能源-粮食纽带系统效率研究

为了促进黄河流域高质量发展,考察黄河流域水-能源-粮食(W-E-F)纽带系统效率及其影响因素,并从中探寻提高系统效率的途径.首先借助三阶段DEA模型测算 2005-2021 年黄河流域及各省(区)W-E-F纽带系统效率,其次对黄河流域整体及各省(区)效率测算结果进行时空分析,最后使用双向固定效应模型实证考察W-E-F纽带系统效率的影响因素.研究表明:1)黄河流域整体W-E-F纽带系统效率呈现波动上升趋势,并呈现上、中、下游效率依次上升的空间分布格局;2)黄河流域各省(区)具备一定的资源配置能力,第三阶段规模效率有所下降;3)粮食安全、能源安全、环保支出、研发投入以及人均GDP都对W-E-F纽带系统效率起到显著的正向促进作用.
Study on the Efficiency of Water-Energy-Food Linkage System in the Yellow River Basin
In order to promote the high quality development of the Yellow River Basin,the efficiency of water-energy-food(W-E-F)linkage system and its influencing factors were investigated,and the ways to improve the system efficiency were explored.Firstly,the efficiency of the W-E-F linkage system in the Yellow River Basin and provinces(regions)was measured by three-stage DEA model.Secondly,the efficiency results of the whole Yellow River Basin and provinces(regions)were analyzed in time and space.Finally,the influencing factors of W-E-F linkage system efficiency were investigated empirically by using the two-way fixed effect model.The results show that a)the efficiency of the whole W-E-F linkage system in the Yellow River Basin shows a fluctuating upward trend,and the spatial distribution pattern of efficiency in-creases in the upper,middle and lower Yellow River;b)The provinces(regions)in the Yellow River Basin have a certain capacity of re-sources allocation,and the scale efficiency value in the third stage has been decreased;c)Food security,energy security,environmental protection expenditure,R&D investment and per capita GDP all play significant positive roles in promoting the efficiency of W-E-F linkage system.
