为探究黄河中下游城市群碳排放水平与经济高质量发展之间的复杂耦合协调关系,基于耦合协调度模型、空间自相关分析、灰色关联度模型,对 2010-2020 年黄河中下游城市群碳排放水平与经济高质量发展耦合协调度及其时空格局进行分析.结果表明:1)2010-2020 年,黄河中下游城市群碳排放水平呈现下降趋势,经济高质量发展水平则在波动中缓慢上升;2)二者的耦合协调度整体呈现上升态势,城市间发展差距缩小,耦合协调等级以初级协调和勉强协调为主,极个别城市处于濒临失调,少数城市出现回落又恢复的迹象;3)时间上经历了波动上升、平稳下降、平稳上升 3 个阶段;4)空间上存在较为明显分异现象,整体上"东高西低",四大城市群的耦合协调度山西中部城市群>中原城市群>关中平原城市群>山东半岛城市群;5)经济发展水平、产业结构和政府干预对耦合协调度影响最显著.在此基础上,提出了推动城市群经济高质量发展的建议措施.
Study on the Coupling of Carbon Emission Levels and High Quality Economic Development in Urban Agglomerations in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yellow River
In order to explore the complex coupling coordination relationship between carbon emissions levels and high-quality economic de-velopment in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River urban agglomeration,based on the coupling coordination model,spatial auto-correlation analysis,and grey relational analysis model,the coupling coordination degree and spatial-temporal patterns between carbon emis-sions levels and high-quality economic development in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River urban agglomeration from 2010-2020 were analyzed.The results show that from 2010-2020,carbon emissions levels in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River urban ag-glomeration show a downward trend,while the level of high-quality economic development rises slowly with fluctuations.The coupling coordi-nation degree between the two shows an overall upward trend,with decreasing development gaps between cities,coupling coordination levels being primarily preliminary coordination and reluctant coordination,with very few cities on the verge of losing coordination,and a minority of cities showing signs of decline and then recovery.Temporally,there are three stages of fluctuating growth,steady decline,and steady rise.Spatially,there are relatively obvious differentiation phenomena,overall"high in the east and low in the west",with the coupling coordina-tion degrees within the four major urban agglomerations showing a pattern of"central Shanxi>Zhongyuan>Guanzhong Plain>Shandong Peninsula".The economic development level,industrial structure and government intervention are identified as the most significant influen-cing factors on the coupling coordination degree.
