水利工程BIM+GIS协同管理平台研发与应用

水利工程设计过程中BIM多表现为单体模型,各专业间缺乏有效的信息共享机制.为了提高信息共享水平和设计质量与效率,以BIM+GIS技术为基础,分析水利工程BIM设计流程以及BIM+GIS协同管理需求,提出工程规划、设计、施工、运维过程中任务、计划、人员等多方协同管理机制,研发BIM+GIS协同管理平台,实现工程全生命周期的信息共享.以银川都市圈中线供水工程为例,进行平台实际应用.应用情况表明:利用BIM+GIS协同管理平台实现了对工程计划编制与汇总、任务调整变更、形象进度控制、设计方案论证评审等的统一管理;基于BIM+GIS的协同设计实现了模型总装、碰撞检查、优化设计等;基于BIM+GIS的设计协同交付实现了工程设计成果的校审和交付.
Research and Application of BIM+GIS Collaborative Management Platform for Hydraulic Engineering Works
In the process of hydraulic engineering design,BIM is often manifested as a single model,and there is a lack of effective informa-tion sharing mechanisms among various disciplines.In order to improve the level of information sharing and design quality and efficiency and based on BIM+GIS technology,the paper analyzed the BIM design process of hydraulic engineering works and the requirements for BIM+GIS collaborative management,proposed a multi-party collaborative management mechanism of tasks,plans and personnel in the process of engi-neering planning,design,construction and operation and maintenance,developed a BIM+GIS collaborative management platform to achieve information sharing throughout the entire life cycle of the project.Taking the Middle Route Water Supply Project of Yinchuan metropolitan ar-ea as an example,the platform was practically applied.The application situation shows that the BIM+GIS collaborative management platform achieves unified management of engineering plan preparation and summary,task adjustment and change,visual progress control,design scheme demonstration and review.Collaborative design based on BIM+GIS achieves model assembly,collision detection and optimization de-sign.The collaborative delivery of design based on BIM+GIS achieves the review and delivery of engineering design results.
