针对斜支臂表孔弧形闸门中支臂结构易破坏及布置不尽合理等问题,采用空间体系法对斜支臂表孔弧形闸门支臂结构的布置形式进行系统研究.通过分析 5 种常用支臂结构形式对斜支臂表孔弧形闸门结构及支臂自身结构强度、刚度、稳定性和振动特性的影响,结合水工金属结构大数据技术,综合考虑闸门支臂在结构设计、制造加工、运输安装、运行维护等方面的优缺点,给出了表孔斜支臂弧形闸门支臂的合理结构形式,并阐明了支臂结构中竖撑和斜撑对支臂结构强度、刚度和稳定性的影响机理,研究成果经实际工程证明是合理的.
Research and Application on Reasonable Type of Gate Arm Structure
In response to the issues of easy damage and unreasonable arrangement of the arm structure in inclined arm surface hole radial gate,the spatial system method was used to systematically study the layout type of arm structure of inclined arm surface hole radial gate.By analyzing the impact of five commonly used arm structures on strength,stiffness,stability and vibration characteristics of inclined arm surface hole radial gate structure and the arm itself,and combining with the"big data"of hydraulic metal structures,the advantages and disadvanta-ges of the gate support arm in structural design,manufacturing and processing,transportation and installation,operation and maintenance were comprehensively considered,and a reasonable structural type of the surface hole inclined arm had been provided.The influence mecha-nism of the vertical and diagonal braces on the strength,stiffness and stability of the braced arm structure was clarified.The research results are proved to be reasonable by practical engineering.
