Spatial Pattern of Water Environmental Pollution in the Yellow River Basin and Influencing Factors of Cross-Boundary Synergistic Management
Clarifying the spatial pattern of water environment pollution in the Yellow River Basin and the influencing factors of cross-domain collaborative control is an important foundation for improving the collaborative control capacity. The study adopted a comprehensive pollution index to evaluate the current status of water environment pollution. It analyzed the spatial correlation of water environment pollution with the help of a spatial autocorrelation model, and analyzed the influencing factors of collaborative governance from the perspectives of governmental collaborative governance behaviors, pollutant control enterprises'collaborative governance behaviors, public collaborative governance behav-iors and ecological protection integration in the Yellow River Basin with the help of a structural equation model. The results of the study show that the water environment of the whole Yellow River Basin presents the situation of"clean and light pollution coexist in the upper reaches, heavy pollution in the middle reaches, and serious pollution in the lower reaches",and there is a significant spatial clustering phenomenon. The three latent variables of governmental collaborative governance behavior, public collaborative governance behavior and ecological protec-tion integration in the Yellow River Basin have a significant positive effect on collaborative control. The collaborative governance behavior of pollution control enterprises has a negative effect on collaborative control, but it is not significant.
