9E 燃气轮机火焰检测系统故障处理

针对某电厂9E燃气轮机火焰检测器故障造成燃气轮机跳闸的案例,对燃气轮机火焰检测系统进行了分析。介绍了故障现象,提出了新加火焰探测器冷却水泵,使用GE公司生产的新型镜片和检测系统分离的火焰检测探头,以及将火焰检测冷却水母管三个放空气阀接到轮机间罩壳外等几种处理方案。通过对故障的分析和处理,使燃气轮机运行维护人员认识到在确保控制逻辑正确动作的同时还需要考虑到控制设备所处的环境对设备造成的影响,有助于提前发现问题并做出防范措施,从而提高机组运行的可靠性。
A Fire Detection System Fault Treatmentof 9E Gas Turbine
There is a case of some 9E gas turbine trip which is caused by the fire detection fault.This article analyses the fire detection system of a gas turbine, and presents the fault phenomenon.In addition, it proposes some measures such as adding a cooling water pump to the fire detection, using the new lens and the fire detector produced by GE company whose detection system is separated, and changing the three air exhaust valves of the cooling water main pipe which belongs to the fire detection system outside the cover of the turbine room.By analyzing and processing the fault, we conclude that we should ensure the right logic action and also need to consider the environment and climate, installation process where the control equipments are located, which will contribute to find out the trouble early and nip it in the bud.Thereby, the operation reliability of the unit can be effectively improved.
