Causes Analysis of Gas Turbine Smoke Emission Exceeding the Standard and Suggestions for Equipment Selection
The continuous emission monitoring system for flue gas emissions is an important environmental protection facility for monitoring fixed pollution sources in thermal power plants. Its detection data is related to whether the pollution source emissions of thermal power plants comply with national environmental requirements.Due to equipment selection issues in the continuous monitoring system for flue gas emissions, the pollution source monitoring data of a certain company's gas turbine unit has become abnormal, even exceeding the emission standards.Based on the actual situation on site, the working principle of the company's continuous smoke emission monitoring system equipment was analyzed, and the reasons for exceeding the concentration of nitrogen oxides(NOx),sulfur dioxide(SO2),and smoke emissions were specifically stated.Suggestions for equipment selection were proposed.
