9E燃气轮机扩散贫贫燃烧模式分析及处理

针对9E燃气轮机运行过程中出现的扩散贫贫燃烧模式,介绍了此异常燃烧模式出现的情况、特点和危害,分析了其控制逻辑,最后结合故障案例提出处理措施。结果发现:一区重点火、燃烧故障、清吹故障、选择"Lean-Lean Base模式"、选择"Fast Start"这5 种情况会导致扩散贫贫燃烧模式。处理措施主要有:降低负荷至贫贫燃烧模式、高负荷预混切换、解决清吹故障和燃烧故障、防止人为误操作。所做工作可以为同类机组预防和处理扩散贫贫燃烧模式提供技术借鉴和参考。
Analysis and Treatment of Extended Lean-lean Mode in 9E Gas Turbine
In response to extended lean-lean mode that occurred during the operation of the 9E gas turbine,this article introduced the occurrence,characteristics,and hazards of this abnormal combustion mode,analyzed its control logic,and finally proposed handling measures based on fault cases.The results show that there are five situations that could lead to extended lean-lean mode,including zone 1 reignition,combustion failure,blowing failure,selecting"Lean-Lean Base Mode",and selecting"Fast Start".The main handling measures included:reducing the load to lean-lean mode,switching to high load premixing,solving cleaning and combustion faults,and preventing human error operations.The work done could provide technical reference and guidance for similar units to prevent and deal with extended lean-lean mode.
