轴流压气机可调进口导叶叶顶间隙的数值仿真

为了研究分布式能源燃气轮机可调进口导叶的叶顶间隙,以某型燃气轮机跨音速级的轴流压气机为研究对象,采用NUMECA软件对可调进口导叶的不同叶顶间隙方案进行了数值模拟,分析了可调进口导叶叶顶间隙的仿真方法,以及对压气机跨音速级性能的影响。结果表明:若忽略可调进口导叶的部分间隙,将减小压气机的堵塞流量,增大高负荷工况的效率;部分间隙的泄漏流增加了可调进口导叶叶顶区域的总压损失,增大了下游动叶的入口冲角,并改变了近堵塞工况时下游动叶内的激波结构。建议在三维仿真时,不可忽略可调进口导叶的部分间隙结构。
Numerical Simulation of Variable Inlet Guide Vane Tip Clearance of Axial Compressor
In order to study tip clearance of variable inlet guide vane for distributed energy gas turbine,a numerical simulation of different variable inlet guide vane tip clearance was carried out based on the transonic stage of an axial compressor by using NUMECA software,the simulation method and the influence of variable inlet guide vane tip clearance on compressor performance were analyzed.The results show that the neglect of the variable inlet guide vane partial tip clearance decreases the blocking mass flow and increases the high load efficiency.The total pressure loss in the partial tip clearance area of the variable inlet guide vane is increased,the inlet attack angle of the downstream rotor is increased,and the shock wave structure in the rotor channel is changed near the blocking condition.It is suggested that the partial clearance structure of the variable inlet guide vane should not be ignored in three-dimensional simulation.
