对离心压缩机喘振机理及喘振对机组的影响进行了研究,给出压缩机喘振实测的必要性和可行性。根据某空气压缩机发生喘振时,在不同入口导叶角度下测得入口流量、出口压力,从而得出该入口导叶角度条件下的最小流量,从而得到导叶不同角度条件下的喘振线。比较实际喘振线与主机厂家给出的预期喘振线,实际喘振出口压力比预期喘振压力高16%~19%,从而得出该压缩机喘振实测很有必要。准确的压缩机喘振线为压缩机安全、节能创造了条件,并对此类压缩机的安全、高效和更加节能的控制给出指导。
The Actual Surge Test Method and Analysis of Centrifugal Compressor Surge
For the centrifugal compressor surge theory and surge impaction on compressor study,which gives the testing the actual surge line of the compressor is necessary and available.At the different inlet guide angles,the suction flow and discharge pressure were got and obtained the actual surge line.Comparing the testing surge line with expected surge line,which is supplied by the manufacture,the discharge pressures are greater than the expected discharge pressure 16%~19%.Therefore,the actual surge test is necessary for centrifugal compressor.Accurate surge line can improve the compressor safety and save energy.It also gives the safety,high run efficiency and saving energy direction.
