摘要

本文对大管径90°弯头的流动阻力损失进行了数值研究,分析了空气流过弯头时的内部流场特性,并研究了流体流过大管径90°弯头的流动阻力损失影响因素.然后,选取了不同的常用计算弯头阻力系数的公式,比较了当量长度法和阻力系数法计算弯头流动阻力损失的可靠性,为设计者提供参考.

Abstract

In this paper,the flow resistance loss of large pipe diameter 90° elbow was numerically studied,the internal flow field characteristics of air flowing through the elbow were analyzed,and the influencing factors of flow resistance loss of fluid flowing through a 90° elbow were studied.Then,different formulas used to calculate the resistance coefficient of elbow were selected,and the reliability of equivalent length method and drag coefficient method for calculating the flow resistance loss of elbow was compared,which provides reference for designers.
