For a certain S109FA unit,an abnormal fault trip during compressor off-line washing to soaking stage was carried out.By referring to the gas turbine protection card technical manual,the turbine speed stale and zero speed detection and judgment logic were thoroughly understood,the causes of fault trip were briefly analyzed,and preventive measures were proposed to eliminate hidden trouble.It can effectively decrease the abnormal tripping frequency of the unit during the off-line washing process,reduce the damage of the unit,and the life of the unit will be further extended.
