燃气轮机起动和停机监测模型的研究

基于参数概率分布的统计分析,研究正常状态基准模型,利用阈值方法建立燃气轮机运行参数边界,将其拟合得到转速与运行参数阈值的函数作为基准模型,并通过另一台燃气轮机试验数据对该基准模型进行验证,可为后续燃气轮机健康管理提供运行参数状态监测模型。通过该方法得到的监测模型,为燃气轮机主要性能参数提供了健康基准值,具有计算成本低、易实现的特点。这些基准模型可以提供给用户,用以辅助决策过程,指导故障的检测与定位,并对潜在的故障做出预测。
Research on Monitoring Model of Gas Turbine Starting and Stopping
Based on the statistical analysis of parameter probability distribution,this paper studied the normal state benchmark model,used the threshold method to establish the boundary of gas turbine operating parameters,and fits it to obtain the function of speed and operating parameter threshold as the benchmark model.The benchmark model was verified by another gas turbine test data,which can provide an operating parameter condition monitoring model for subsequent gas turbine health management.The monitoring model obtained in this paper provides a health reference value for the main performance parameters of gas turbine,which has the characteristics of low calculation cost and easy implementation.These benchmark models can be provided to users to assist the decision-making process,guide the detection and location of faults,and predict potential faults.
