Optimization of Automatic Load Tracking Control Based on 6F Gas Turbine
In response to the large deviation between the actual load and the maximum load of the GE PG6111FA gas turbine when manually setting the load,a gas turbine automatic load tracking control strategy was proposed. The control requirements were obtained through analysis of the typical operating conditions of the gas turbine.Based on this,a control scheme was designed with temperature control and speed/load control fuel reference difference as feedback. At the same time, functions such as primary frequency modulation reverse regulation lockout and automatic generation control(AGC)input lockout were added. The control strategy has been implemented on two gas turbines in a certain factory. The implementation results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and design scheme.During normal operation of the gas turbine, the load setting can be automatically completed, and the deviation between the actual load and the maximum load of the gas turbine is reduced to 0.5%,without affecting the normal use of primary frequency modulation and AGC.
