某电厂安萨尔多AE94。3A燃气-蒸汽联合循环调峰机组,在投入商业运行初期,运行人员在机组启停过程中有过多次误操作,导致机组跳闸。在原有集散控制系统(DCS)的基础上进行了自动启停(automatic procedure startup and shutdown,APS)技术升级改造,从而降低了运行人员的工作强度,减少误操作,对机组长期的安全稳定运行有重大意义。本文围绕某电厂安萨尔多AE94。3A联合循环机组自动启停技术项目的实施,介绍了自动启停技术整体设计框架,并对各功能断点进行了分层解析,最终对项目碰到的难点进行分析,提出了解决方案。
AE94.3A Combined Cycle Unit Automatic Procedure Startup and Shutdown Technical Implementation
During the initial period of commercial operation,the operators of the AE94.3A gas-steam combined cycle peaking Ansaldo unit in a power plant had many times misoperation during the startup and shutdown of the unit,resulting in the unit tripping.The automatic procedure startup and shutdown(APS)was upgraded on the basis of the original distributed control system(DCS),it is of great significance to reduce misoperation of operation operators for long-term safe and stable operation of units.Based on the implementation of APS technology project of AE94.3A combined cycle unit in Ansaldo power plant,the paper introduced the whole design frame of APS technology and analyzed each function breakpoint by layers,finally,the difficulties encountered in the project were analyzed,and a solution was proposed.
