10 kW级燃气轮机干式低氮燃烧技术应用及设备改造

合成氨装置因余热锅炉NOx 超标面临停产整顿,选择从NOx 超标的源头燃气轮机进行治理.分析燃气轮机排气NOx 高的原因,研究降NOx 技术路线,选择应用了一种干式低氮燃烧技术.通过将扩散燃烧室改造为干式低氮燃烧室,对高压透平实施整体更新,对控制系统、液压执行器、燃气系统和通风系统等配套设施进行改造和优化,将燃气轮机排气NOx 浓度由140 mg/m3 降低至50 mg/m3 以下,不仅实现了装置NOx 排放达标,还降低了装置运行能耗.
Application and Equipment Modification of Dry Low Nitrogen Combustion Technology for 10 kW Gas Turbine
The synthetic ammonia plant is facing shutdown for rectification due to excessive nitrogen oxides in waste heat boiler,so the gas turbine,the source of excessive nitrogen oxides,was selected for treatment.Analyzing the reasons for high nitrogen oxides in gas turbine exhaust,studying the route of reducing nitrogen oxides,selecting and appling a dry low nitrogen combustion technology.Transforming the diffusion combustion chamber into a dry low nitrogen combustion chamber,implementing overall updates to the high-pressure turbine,and renovating and optimizing supporting facilities such as the control system,hydraulic actuators,gas system,and ventilation system.The nitrogen oxide concentration in the exhaust of the gas turbine was reduced from 140 mg/m3 to below 50 mg/m3,not only achieving the standard NOx emissions of the device,but also reducing the operating energy consumption of the device.
