DLN1。0 改造后,9E燃气轮机热态启动过程中燃烧室二区频繁出现火焰信号闪烁、信号丢失的问题,影响机组安全。针对该问题,通过系统分析火焰信号闪烁机理,基于智能预警和自动控制程序,通过加热方式提高9E燃气轮机火焰信号探测的可靠性,消除火焰信号闪烁隐患。
A Method for Improving the Reliability of 9E Gas Turbine Flame Based on Intelligent Warning and Automatic Control
After the DLN1.0 upgradation,flame signal flickering and signal loss frequently occurred in the second area during the thermal startup of the 9E gas turbine,affecting the safety of the unit.In response to this problem,through the systematic analysis of the scintillation mechanism of flame signals,based on intelligent early warning and automatic control procedures,the reliability of flame signal detection in 9E gas turbines was improved by heating,and the hidden danger of flame signal scintillation was eliminated.
