Study on Fuel Distribution Characteristics of Gas Turbine Engine Based on Semi-Physical Simulation Method
This article investigates the fuel distribution characteristics of gas turbine engines based on semi-physical simulation methods. The research aims to validate the flow and distribution characteristics of a new domestic heavy gas turbine fuel distribution system. The approach combines one-dimensional flow simulation with model tests in a semi-physical method.Simplifying the one-dimensional flow network by modulating pressure parameters, the study designs test conditions and uses orifice plates to emulate combustion nozzles. The results indicate that the fuel distribution system maintains a flow distribution nonuniformity of less than 1%across various conditions, suggesting excellent distribution characteristics. The one-dimensional flow network model effectively identifies critical throttle components and provides throttle conditions consistent with test validations. The model condition point tests demonstrate that the fuel distribution characteristics remain essentially unchanged as long as the nozzle pressure ratio is maintained above a certain value.
