航空发动机成附件试验验证作为产品需求验证的重要验证方法之一,试验验证的完整性和有效性直接决定了成附件产品交付的质量和使用安全.本文针对发动机成附件试验验证过程中存在的试验流程执行不规范、试验验证项目不完整、试验方案设计不准确等问题,应用系统工程V模型理念,建立了基于霍尔模型的航空发动机成附件试验体系架构,并从时间维、逻辑维和知识维全面阐述了成附件试验验证全周期、全过程和全层级试验体系的建设要求和方法,对提升成附件试验验证的完整性和有效性,保证发动机使用安全具有重要的工程意义.
The Test System Design Method for Aero-Engine Accessories Based on the Hall Model
As one of the important methods for product requirement verification,the completeness and effectiveness of aero-engine accessories test verification directly determine the quality and safety of accessories delivery.In this paper,according to the existed problems of non-standard process execution,incomplete test items and inaccurate test scheme design in the process of engine accessory test verification,It was illuminated the test verification system architecture for aero-engine accessories based on the Hall model by applying the system engineering V-model.also,the construction methods of the whole life cycle,process and hierarchy test verification system were comprehensively presented from the three aspects of the time dimension,logic dimension and knowledge dimension.It has important engineering significance for improving the completeness and effectiveness of aero-engine accessories test verification and ensuring the safety of aero-engine.
