摘要

对燃气轮机在生产运行中的性能变化特点进行研究.采用 Efficiency Map 模拟软件对系统各部件建模,对燃气轮机的性能进行量化,分析不同条件下燃气轮机的功率波动.还分析了燃气轮机的性能变化规律和恶化趋势,判断最佳的清洗维护点,寻找最优的运行方式进而提高燃气轮机的热效率,对机组运行维护有重要的指导意义.

Abstract

This study investigates the performance variation characteristics of gas turbine in production operation.Efficiency Map simulation software was employed to model the system components,quantify the performance of gas turbine unit,and analyzed the power fluctuation of gas turbine under different conditions.Additionally,the change rule and deterioration trend of gas turbine performance were analyzed to determine the optimal cleaning and maintenance point,to identify the optimal operation mode to enhance the thermal efficiency of gas turbine.This is of significant value as a guide for the operation and maintenance of the unit.
