Research on Methods for Determining the Pollution Level of Gas Turbine Compressors
The gas turbine operates for a long time in a simulated marine salt spray environment on a test bench equipped with a salt spray system. The equivalent low-pressure compressor speed, equivalent high-pressure compressor speed, air pressure after equivalent high-pressure compressor, and gas temperature after equivalent low-pressure turbine are calculated.According to the analysis,at the same equivalent high-pressure compressor speed, there is a speed difference between the low-pressure compressor speed when it leaves the factory and after operation, and a pressure difference between the air pressure when it leaves the factory and after operation when it is equivalent to the high-pressure compressor speed. This speed difference and pressure difference can both characterize the pollution situation of the compressor. On this basis, the operating regulations on the timing of water cleaning have been improved. This method has been widely applied to marine gas turbines, and the operation and maintenance of gas turbines are of great significance.
