摘要

重型燃气轮机的可调进气导叶是实现燃气轮机升降负荷的一个重要系统.为确保燃气轮机的安全稳定运行,调试好可调进气导叶系统有着重要的意义.首先介绍安萨尔多GT36 型燃气轮机可调进气导叶系统的硬件组成和控制方式,再详细描述了可调进气导叶的调试方法,为后续国内燃气轮机的检修提供了理论依据和重要技术参考.

Abstract

The variant inlet guide vanes of heavy-duty gas turbines is an important system for achieving load lifting and lowering of gas turbines.It is of great significance to debug the variant inlet guide vanes system to ensure the safe and stable operation of gas turbines.Firstly,the hardware composition and control method of the variant inlet guide vanes system for Ansaldo GT36 gas turbine were introduced.Then,the debugging method of the variant inlet guide vanes was described in detail,providing theoretical basis and important technical reference for the subsequent maintenance of domestic gas turbines.
