Analysis and Treatment of the Reason for the Closing of the Turbine Quick Closing Valve Caused by Electric Shock
This article introduces the phenomenon and characteristics of the shutdown of the unit when the turbine quick closing valve was closed during power grid shaking in the delayed coking unit.During the three stages of unit operation,shutdown,and maintenance,an analysis was conducted on six aspects of abnormal shutdown of the steam turbine.It was found that the reason for the closure of the turbine quick closing valve was due to the rupture of the control system accumulator and excessive clearance between the piston sealing rings in the quick closing valve cylinder during the switching of the lubricating oil pump after shaking electricity,which caused the quick closing oil to release pressure too quickly.The quick closing oil pressure was insufficient to overcome the spring force,and the speed closing valve closed,resulting in the shutdown of the unit.
