Compressor performance calculation method considering the influence of variable specific heat under inlet heating condition
Based on the evaluation of compressor performance in the air inlet heating environment,the calculation method of compressor performance parameters and their uncertainty considering the influence of variable specific heat was derived,which was used to analyze the influence of variable specific heat on compressor performance.And compressor test data were verified.The results show that,compared with constant specific heat,the mass flow deviation calculated by variable specific heat increases with the increasing of inlet temperature and flow Mach number.The temperature rise efficiency calculated by mean temperature and integral method is similar,and both are lower than that of the constant specific method.With the increasing of compressor inlet temperature and total pressure ratio,the deviation of temperature rise efficiency obtained by the mean temperature method and integral method increases.Meanwhile,the difference in the temperature rise efficiency with the two methods gradually becomes apparent,and the temperature rise efficiency with the mean temperature method is lower.
