摘要

基于陶瓷基复合材料在发动机涡轮部件中迫切的工程应用需求,对陶瓷基高压涡轮外环结构设计方法进行研究.开展了陶瓷基高压涡轮外环结构设计,包括外形结构、装配结构、封严结构等;完成了不同预制体方案与不同致密化工艺的匹配性研究,实现了高压涡轮外环整体结构减重70%的目标;深入开展了零部件试验考核,识别了陶瓷基高压涡轮外环失效模式;开展了核心机挂片试验验证,推进了陶瓷基复合材料在发动机涡轮部件中的应用.

Abstract

For the urgent engineering application demand of ceramic matrix composite in aero engine turbine components,the structural design method of ceramic matrix composite high pressure turbine shroud was studied.The structural design of ceramic matrix composite high pressure turbine shroud was carried out,including contour structure,assembly structure,seal structure,etc.The matching research of different preform schemes and different densification process was completed to achieve the goal of 70%weight reduction of the overall structure of high pressure turbine shroud.The parts test assessment was carried out to identify the failure modes of the ceramic matrix composite high pressure turbine shroud.And the high pressure turbine shrouds were installed on the core engine to complete the test verification,which promoted the application of ceramic matrix composite in aero engine turbine components.
