家庭生活圈使用模式及其差异特征研究——以上海市为例
THE USE MODES OF HOUSEHOLD LIFE CIRCLE AND ITS DIFFERENCE CHARACTERISTICS:A CASE STUDY OF SHANGHAI

摘要
生活圈规划已成为精准配置公共资源、保证居民生活质量的重要手段.既有生活圈研究与规划实践多以个人角度出发,缺乏从家庭视角考察人们使用生活圈的规律.本文基于对上海市家庭的问卷调查,考察家庭日常活动类型、时距、频率和出行方式等特征的基础上,构建含"社区生活圈—补充生活圈—过渡生活圈—通勤生活圈"的四级家庭生活圈体系,识别出四类典型家庭生活圈使用模式,并进一步探讨不同的生命阶段、职住关系、居住区位和社区生活圈设施环境家庭的使用模式的差异特征.本文丰富了家庭视角的生活圈研究,对指导生活圈规划具有重要参考价值.
Abstract
Life Circle planning has become an important measure to achieve equal allocation of public re-sources and ensure residents'Quality of Life.Based on the data,this paper firstly understands the temporal distance,frequency and travel mode of household daily activities,constructs a household life circle system with four levels of"Community life circle Supplement life circle Transition life circle Commuter life circle",and then identifies four typical household life circle use modes using K means cluster method,and lastly us-ing significant difference test and multinomial logistic regression model to analyzes the differences of use modes drive from family life stage,household commuting distance,residential location and the facility envi-ronment within community life circle.The main findings are as follows:1)The proportion of household daily activities satisfied by community life circle is not high,only close to 50％,and the most households'high utilization space is distributed outside the community life circle;2)The daily activities of over 30％households are spatially distributed in the"Community life circle"and"Commuter life circle",especially households who living between the inner ring and the outer ring of Shanghai;3)With the progress of house-hold life stages,more and more household rely on the community life circle.But the households with infant and adolescent are highly dependent on the life circle which closes to their residence;4)Whether husband or wife,long distance commuting increases the household's usage of long distance life circle;5)Providing more nearby employment and convenient subway service,improving various shopping services,and building secondary school play an important role to improve the satisfaction of community lifecircle.
