摘要
农业园区作为现代农业发展的重要载体和平台,在促进现代农业发展中具有不可或缺的重要作用.为了促进现代农业产业园的可持续发展、县域经济发展及当地政府职能的转变,采用文献研究、调查研究等方法,对潍坊市现代农业产业园的发展运营、主导产业、辐射带动、绿色发展及三产融合等情况进行了分析,指出园区发展中存在的功能定位不准、科技创新能力不足、投融资渠道相对单调及现代化程度不高等问题,并以"诸城模式""潍坊模式"和"寿光模式"拓展创新为引领,提出适合当下园区发展的相应对策和建议,包括强化龙头引领,加快园区发展;加大科技投入,提升产业园区发展活力;拓宽渠道,培育园区农产品电子商务新业态;加快发展品牌农业,促进农业提质增效.
Abstract
Agricultural parks is an indispensable role in promoting the development of modern agriculture,as an important carrier and platform.In order to promote the sustainable development of modern agricultural industrial parks,the development of county economy and the transformation of local government functions,the situtations of development and operation,leading industry,radiating function,green development and the triple-industry convergence of Weifang modern agricultural industrial parks were analyzed by using the analysis methods of literature research,investigation research and so on.The problems existing in the development of the park were put forward,such as inaccurate function localization,insufficient ability of scientific and technological innovation,relatively monotonous investment and financing channels,and low degree of modernization.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the development of the current park, which were guided by 'Zhucheng mode' 'Weifang mode' and 'Shouguang mode', including strengthening the leading role for accelerating the development of the park, increasing investment in science and technology for enhancing the vitality of industrial parks development, broadening channels for cultivating new forms of e-commerce for agricultural products in the park, accelerating the development of brand agriculture for promoting agricultural quality and efficiency.
