为了循环利用农业废弃物,促进黄瓜产业发展和推进乡村振兴,以平菇菇渣(培养料配方:甘蔗渣30%、干羊粪60%、麦麸10%)为基肥,进行秋茬水果黄瓜栽培,既能实现广西地区因食用菌产业大规模发展而产生的大量菇渣的循环利用,避免资源浪费和环境污染,又可以促进黄瓜生长和提高产量.从基肥腐熟、品种选择、育苗管理、定植与田间管理、采收等方面总结了秋茬水果黄瓜施用菇渣基肥高产栽培技术,通过应用该技术,水果黄瓜每667 m2产量高达8750 k g,产值达5.25万元,每667 m2净效益达5.05万元,比常规栽培提高了215.6%,经济效益可观.
High-yield and High-efficiency Cultivation Technology of Fruit Cucumber in Autumn Stubble with Base Fertilizer of Mushroom Residue
In order to recycle agricultural waste,promote the development of cucumber industry and advanced rural revitalization,mushroom residue of Pleurotus ostreatus(culture formula of bagasse 30%,dried sheep manure 60%and wheat bran 10%)was used as base fertilizer for fruit cucumber cultivateion in autumn stubble,which could not only realize the recycling of a large number of mushroom residue produced by the large-scale development of edible fungi industry in Guangxi,avoid waste of resource and environmental pollution,but also promote cucumber growth and increase yield.From the aspects of decomposing base fertilizer,variety selection,seedling management,planting,field management and harvesting,the high-yield cultivation technologies of fruit cucumber in autumn stubble with base fertilizer of mushroom residue were summarized.Through the application of the technology,the yield of fruit cucumber was as high as 8750 kg per 667 m2,the output value was 52500 yuan per 667 m2,and the net benefit was 50500 yuan per 667 m2,which was 215.6%higher than that of conventional cultivation.The economic benefit was considerable.
