Research on the Cooperation Mode of Talents and Agricultural Science and Technology from the Perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative
Agricultural cooperation is a key area to promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).Strengthening international cooperation in talent and agricultural science and technology is a powerful measure to deal with food security,climate warming and other issues under the new situation.In recent years,the agricultural cooperation between China and the countries of the BRI has been steadily promoted.With the gradual improvement of the cooperation mechanism,the increasing diversity of cooperation subjects,and the deepening of cooperation,a cooperation mode with active participation from multiple subjects such as government,enterprises and research institutions has emerged.However,on the whole,due to the lack of synergy of subjects and the lack of complex talents and other reasons,there are still problems in the cooperation of talents and agricultural science and technology in China and the countries of the BRI,such as the need to optimize the cooperation mode,insufficient investment in scientific research funds and shallow levels of talent cooperation.Therefore,measures such as strengthening multiple subjects collaboration and accelerating the construction of talent teams are proposed to continuously improve the resilience and sustainability of international agricultural cooperation.
