"一带一路"背景下我国蔬菜产业发展路径探索

随着"一带一路"倡议的深入推进,我国蔬菜产业的发展迎来了新的机遇和挑战.通过分析我国及"一带一路"沿线国家蔬菜产业规模、产出效率及贸易关系,发现我国在自然禀赋、技术优势、贸易壁垒、产业合作等方面迎来发展机遇,但仍存在加工冷链物流尚未完善、种源研发实力偏弱、品牌建设能力不足、产品质量亟待提高等一系列问题及挑战,基于此,建议从完善贸易互通建设、推广先进蔬菜种植技术、完善蔬菜产业合作机制等方面积极探索,寻求我国蔬菜产业发展的有效路径.
Exploration of the Development Path of China's Vegetable Industry under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative
With the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative,the development of China's vegetable industry has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.By analyzing the scale,output efficiency and trade relations of vegetable industry in China and the countries along the Belt and Road,it was found that China has ushered development opportunities in natural endowments,technological advantages,trade barriers,industrial cooperation and other aspects.However,there were still a series of problems and challenges such as incomplete processing cold chain logistics,weak seed research and development strength,insufficient brand building capacity and low product quality.It was suggested to actively explore effective paths for the development of China's vegetable industry by improving trade connectivity construction,promoting advanced vegetable planting technologies,improving vegetable industry cooperation mechanisms and so on.
