Solving the Problem of Uneven Growth of Column-cultivated Vegetables Based on TRIZ Theory
The uneven supply of water and fertilizer on the upper and lower layers and the uneven light on the sunny side and back side of the column-cultivated facilities led to the uneven growth of vegetables, which affected the yield of vegetables. To solve this problem,it was discussed based on the TRIZ theory.According to general problem solving process of the TRIZ,specific technical problems were firstly defined and then abstracted into the TRIZ general problem mode. Then the TRIZ theory tools were used to get a general solution mode,16 solutions were proposed.Through comparative analysis and technology integration, the integrated scheme of three-dimensional hydroponics(or aeroponics)+ dynamic rotation + periodic supply of water and fertilizer was selected to solve the problem of uneven supply of water and fertilizer and uneven light of column-cultivated vegetables by combining with practice finally, which was expected to further improve the quality and yield of vegetable soilless cultivation.
