北京市菜田废弃物处置产业现状、对策与展望

菜田废弃物的有效处置可有效解决环境污染问题,促进蔬菜产业提质增效、农业农村绿色发展.为了掌握北京市菜田废弃物处置现状,对北京市规模园区、合作社、生产类企业等存在的废弃物处置方面的问题进行了初步研究.基于对不同作物单位面积产废量、产废系数及产废时间的调查,从不同作物、不同区域等角度分别估算了菜田废弃物产生量,梳理了菜田废弃物处置的主要技术措施,总结了北京市各区菜田废弃物处置模式;围绕政策、资金、技术装备、宣传、监管等层面剖析了菜田废弃物处置存在的问题,从加大资金支持力度、加快配套技术装备研发、健全相关法律法规等方面研提了相应的对策及建议,并指出了菜田废弃物处置产业中肥料化处理、区域化集中处理和社会化服务方式的发展方向.
The Industry Status,Countermeasures and Prospects of the Disposal of Vegetable Field Waste in Beijing
Effective disposal of vegetable field waste can effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution,promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of the vegetable industry and the green development of agriculture and rural areas.In order to master the current status of disposal of vegetable field waste in Beijing,the problems of waste disposal in large-scale parks,cooperatives and production enterprises in Beijing were preliminarily studied.Based on the investigation of waste production per unit area,waste production coefficient and waste production time of different crops,the amount of vegetable field waste production were estimated from the perspectives of different crops and different regions,and the main technical measures for vegetable field waste disposal were sorted out,and the disposal modes of vegetable field waste in districts of Beijing were summarized.The problems of vegetable field waste disposal from the aspects of policy,capital,technical equipment,publicity and supervision were analyzed,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of increasing financial support,speeding up the research of supporting technology and equipment,and perfecting relevant laws and regulations.The development directions of fertilization treatment,regional and centralized treatment and socialized service modes in vegetable field waste disposal industry were pointed out.
