Status,Problems and Development Strategies of Chinese Cabbage Production in Beijing
To promote the healthy development of the Chinese cabbage industry,the current production status of Chinese cabbage in Beijing was summarized,key problems were analyzed,and suggestions for further development were proposed.The production area of Chinese cabbage in Beijing has steadily increased,and annual production and supply have been achieved through crop rotation with an increasing variety.At the same time,agricultural mechanization has been preliminarily applied,and organic production has further improved planting income,and planting modes have been gradually optimized.However,there were also problems such as excessive concentration of stubble,single variety structure,significant market price fluctuations and non-standard cultivation techndogies.It was suggested to ensure benefit of producer by deepening the adjustment of variety structure,promoting policy-oriented agricultural insurance,mobilizing the enthusiasm of collection and storage enterprises,actively strengthening production and sales coordination,and promote high-quality development of Chinese cabbage industry through the introduction and research of suitable agricultural machinery,strengthening technology integration research and training promotion and so on.
