The Development Status of Indian Ginger Industry and Its Enlightenment for China
India is a major country for producing and exporting ginger in the world,playing an important role in the global ginger trade.In order to learn from the development experience of Indian ginger industry and promote the high-quality development of ginger industry of China,planting area and yield,growing regions,domestic price and international trade situation of Indian ginger were deep analyzed to find the advantages of the Indian ginger industry in international competition,which were compared with ginger production status and international competitiveness of China.Finally,based on the development status of ginger industry of China,a series of development suggestions were proposed according to local conditions,including improving ginger planting technology and establishing a perfect ginger safety standard system,introducing high-quality ginger tubers to ensure the quality,establishing brand awareness to improve product international competitiveness,increasing support to improve the enthusiasm of ginger farmers for production and so on.
