基于主成分分析法的娃娃菜农机农艺融合模式综合评价

为找寻娃娃菜膜上移栽最优农机农艺融合模式,为娃娃菜机械化移栽和移栽机械的推广提供参考,以市场畅销娃娃菜益农·皇妃F1为供试材料,设置双行机械移栽和三行机械移栽2种农机农艺融合模式,每种农机农艺融合模式分别设3种株行距,双行机械移栽株行距为15 cm×40 cm、20 cm×40 cm、25 cm×40 cm,三行机械移栽株行距为20 cm×25 cm、25 cm×25 cm、30 cm×25 cm,并分别以人工移栽为对照,从娃娃菜农艺性状、产量、移栽效率和经济效益等方面的15个指标对不同农机农艺融合模式进行综合评价分析.结果表明:双行人工移栽处理(株行距15 cm×40 cm,种植密度133 400株/hm2)综合评价F值最大,为2.184,综合效益最高,为38 654.44元/hm2;其次是双行机械移栽处理(株行距15 cm×40 cm,种植密度133 400株/hm2),F值为1.548,综合效益为34 613.14元/hm2;再次是三行人工移栽处理(株行距25 cm×25 cm,种植密度100 050株/hm2),F值为1.194,综合效益为35 697.54元/hm2.采用机械移栽时,娃娃菜较为适合每垄双行种植模式;机械移栽株行距为15 cm×40 cm,种植密度为133 400株/hm2时农机农艺融合效果最好,移栽用时128.44 h/hm2,产量为111 846.9 kg/hm2,经济总产值为67 108.14元/hm2,经济纯收入为34 613.14元/hm2.
Comprehensive Evaluation of Integration Modes of Agricultural Machinery and Agronomy for Baby Cabbage Based on Principal Component Analysis
In order to find the optimal integration mode of agricultural machinery and agronomy for transplanting baby cabbage on film,and provide references for the promotion of mechanized transplanting and transplanting machine for baby cabbage,two kinds of integration modes of agricultural machinery and agronomy including double-row mechanical transplanting and three-row mechanical transplanting were set up with three kinds of plant-row spacing,respectively,which were 15 cm × 40 cm,20 cm × 40 cm,25 cm × 40 cm for double-row mechanical transplanting and 20 cm × 25 cm,25 cm × 25 cm,30 cm × 25 cm for three-row mechanical transplanting,by taking best-selling baby cabbage variety'Yinong Huangfei F1'as the test material and manual transplanting as the control,respectively.From 15 indexes such as agronomic characters,yield,transplanting efficiency and economic benefit of baby cabbage and so on,different integration modes of agricultural machinery and agronomy were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.The results showed that the treatment of double-row artificial transplanting(with plant-row spacing of 15 cm × 40 cm,planting density of 133 400 plants/hm2)had the highest comprehensive evaluation F value of 2.184,with the highest comprehensive benefit of 38 654.44 yuan/hm2.Followed by the treatment of double-row mechanical transplanting(with plant-row spacing 15 cm × 40 cm,planting density of 133 400 plants/hm2),with the F value of 1.548,and the comprehensive benefit was 34 613.14 yuan/hm2.The treatment of three-row artificial transplanting(with plant-row spacing 25 cm×25 cm,planting density of 100 050 plants/hm2)had F value of 1.194,and comprehensive benefits of 35 697.54 yuan/hm2.When mechanical transplanting is being adopted in baby cabbage cultivation,it is more suitable for planting mode of double-row per ridge.The effect of integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy was the best with the plants row spacing of 15 cm×40 cm and the planting density of 133 400 plants/hm2 in mechanical transplanting,which transplanting time,yield,gross economic output value and net economic income of 128.44 h/hm2,111 846.9 kg/hm2,67 108.14 yuan/hm2 and 34 613.14 yuan/hm2,respectively.
