Effect Evaluation of Microbial Agents and Plant-derived Preparations on Prevention and Control of Tuta absoluta
In order to promote the green prevention and control of tomato diseases, and screen out biological fungicides for good control effects on larvae and adults of Tuta absoluta, the larvae and adults of T.absoluta were used as research materials, the field control effects of five biological fungicides of Metarhizium aeruginosa wettable powder(WP),Beauveria bassiana WP,Bacillus thuringiensis WP,B.brevis emulsifiable concentrate(EC)and 0.3%azadirachtin EC were evaluated by spray method. The results showed that B.bassiana WP and B.thuringiensis WP had good control effects on larvae and adults of T.absoluta whose control effect gradually increased, and the best control effect was the treatment of 15 days after spraying. The larval control effect 3 days after spraying fungicide showed that the corrected control effects under B.bassiana treatment and B.thuringiensis treatment were 27.85%and 24.81%,respectively.The corrected control effects 7 days after spraying fungicide under B.bassiana treatment and B.thuringiensis treatment were 63.95%and 43.62%,respectively,and the treatment of B.bassiana was significantly higher than that of B.thuringiensis treatment. The corrected control effects 15 days after spraying B.thuringiensis and B.thuringiensis were 82.59%and 84.95%,respectively.Both treatments above-mentioned were significantly better than other treatments of 3 days and 15 days after spraying, respectively. The adults control effect showed that the control effects of adults 3 days after spraying B.bassiana and B.thuringiensis were 62.41%and 51.68%,respectively,and the B.bassiana treatment was significantly higher than that of B.thuringiensis treatment. The control effects of adults 7 days after spraying B.bassiana and B.thuringiensis were 74.66%and 76.94%,respectively.The control effects of adults 15 days after spraying B.bassiana and B.thuringiensis were 80.08%and 79.80%,respectively.Both treatments above-mentioned were consistently significantly better than other treatments. Therefore,in actual production,it is recommended to apply 200 g per 667 m2(500 times solution)of B.bassiana WP or 200 g per 667 m2(500 times solution)of B.thuringiensis WP to control T.absoluta, which can achieve better control effect applied before the peak period of occurrence.
