摘要
为了满足消费者对小果型西瓜多样化的需求,选择了4个具有较大市场潜力的绿皮红肉小果型西瓜品种进行比较,以主栽品种L600为对照,对各品种的田间表现、果实品质及产量进行了比较.结果表明:光辉1000果皮硬度大(8.63 kg/cm2),抗裂性较强;果皮厚度最小(0.72 cm),可食部分较多;糖度高,中心可溶性固形物含量为12.68％;口感酥脆,纤维少;单瓜质量为1.85 kg,667 m2产量达到2 560.34 kg,各项指标均表现最好,具有很好的推广价值.
Abstract
In order to meet the diverse needs of consumers for small-fruit watermelons,four varieties of small-fruit watermelons with green skin and red flesh,which had great market potential,were selected for comparison.The field performance,fruit quality and yield of each variety were compared with the main cultivated variety of'L600'.The results showed that the'Guanghui 1000'had a high peel hardness(8.63 kg/cm2),strong resistance to crack,the smallest peel thickness(0.72 cm),more edible parts,high sugar content,central soluble solid content of 12.68%,a crispy taste and less fiber.The weight of a single fruit was 1.85 kg,and the yield reached 2 560.34 kg per 667 m2.'Guanghui 1000'had the best performance in all indicators and good promotion value.
