'Zifei Mustard'of High Anthocyanin Content and Its Standardized Production Technologies for High quality and High yield
'Zifei mustard'is a new variety of purple leaf mustard breeded by Shaoguan University,characterized by its high content of anthocyanins.At present,a certain area for planting demonstration has been carried out in Shaoguan,Guangzhou,Zhaoqing and other cities in Guangdong province,but the cultivation technologies varied in different regions,resulting in significant differences in the quality of'Zifei mustard'.In order to achieve standardized production of the new high anthocyanin mustard variety'Zifei mustard'with high quality and increase planting economic benefits,the key points of cultivation technologies of'Zifei mustard'were summarized,including seed treatment,direct-seeding planting,seedling production and transplantation,management of water and fertilizer,control of disease and pest,harvesting and so on.'Zifei mustard'produced through standardized cultivation technologies has a crispy and tender taste,no residue and no bitterness,whose leaves are dark purple in color with a high anthocyanin content of 4 854 mg/kg.Its yield can reach 2 554.3 kg per 667 m2 with an average income increase of 15 325.8 yuan per 667 m2.High-quality,high-yield and efficient production of'Zifei mustard'has achieved.
