Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Green Development of Brand Garlic——Taking Dafeng Garlic Industry as an Example
As a member of the contents of Jiangsu medium and late-maturing characteristic garlic industry cluster construction projects,Dafeng garlic is well-known at home and abroad for its unique garlic sprout and garlic pedicel industry.Through years of practical research and literature review,the development status of Dafeng garlic has been summarized,including its unique regional characteristics,continuously improved green production system and gradually becoming a large-scale green brand.In response to the development bottlenecks such as variety degradation,incomplete supporting facilities,short industrial chain and lack of standards in the green development of industry,suggestions have been put forward,including strengthening technological leadership to create a green production mode for garlic,highlighting industrial extension to create a green development mode for garlic,enhancing thinking transformation to stress the green and healthy cultural background of garlic,aiming at providing reference for the development of local characteristic industries for enriching the people under the background of rural revitalization,and assisting the green and sustainable development of Dafeng garlic industry.
