现代技术在露地西兰花规模化生产中的应用研究

为提高北京地区退林还耕地块蔬菜规模化生产技术水平,提升耕地质量,减少生产投入,提高种植效益,结合生产实际总结出了适宜露地西兰花规模化生产的现代技术集成,在露地西兰花春秋规模化生产中使用集约化育苗、省力机械设备、水肥一体化、植保无人机飞防等现代化技术,结合产后适时采收,可以实现露地西兰花667 m2平均年产量2 810 kg、总产值19 680元,且较传统小农户种植667 m2成本投入减少34.59%,促进了蔬菜规模化生产的可持续发展.
Modern Technology Application and Research on Large-scale Production of Broccoli in Open Field
In order to improve the technical level of large-scale vegetable production of the land for returning forests to farmland in Beijing,enhance the quality of cultivated land,reduce production input and improve planting efficiency,a modern technology integration suitable for large-scale production of broccoli in open field has been summarized based on actual production situation.In the large-scale production of broccoli in open field in spring and autumn,by using modern technologies such as intensive raising seedling,labor-saving machinery and equipment,integration of water and fertilizer and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)for plant protection.Combining with timely harvesting after production,the average annual yield of broccoli in open field can be achieved with 2 810 kg per 667 m2 and a total output value of 19 680 yuan per 667 m2.Moreover,the cost of input was reduced by 34.59%per 667 m2 compared with traditional small-scale farmers planting,promoting the sustainable development of vegetable large-scale production.
