水中爆炸作用下隧道毁伤效应研究

为研究隧道在水中爆炸荷载作用下的毁伤机理和破坏形态,选取典型管节,建立隧道管节的耦合Lagrange-Eul-er(CLE)三维数值模型,通过水下爆炸试验验证了CLE方法和材料模型的准确性.开展隧道管节的毁伤效应数值模拟,分析冲击波作用过程、管节损伤演化过程和管节破坏机理;进行参数分析,比较不同炸药当量和爆炸距离对管节毁伤程度和破坏模式的影响.结果表明:在水中爆炸作用下,隧道管节的损伤过程超过冲击波的作用时间.在同种炸药当量下,管节前壁的损伤程度随爆炸距离的增加而降低;后壁的损伤程度主要受炸药当量影响,爆炸距离对其影响较小.以位移变形为损伤指标,拟合得到函数关系式,并给出不同破坏程度的临界曲线,可用于评估隧道管节的破坏程度.
Study on tunnel damage effect under water explosion
A numerical simulation of the damaging effect of tunnel pipe was carried out,and the shock wave action process,pipe damage evolution process,and pipe failure mechanism were analyzed.Parameter analysis was carried out to compare the effects of different explosion weights and distances on the degree of damage.The results show that under the action of water explosion,the damage process of the tunnel pipe exceeds the action time of the shock wave.Under the same explosive,the damage degree of the front wall of the pipe decreases with the increase of the explosion distance;The degree of damage to the rear wall is mainly affected by the explosion weights,and the explosion distance has less influence on it.Taking the displacement deformation as the damage index,the critical curves of structural failure are given,which can be used to evaluate the failure degree of the tunnel pipe.
