摘要
针对气体炮发射过程中受后坐力作用影响瞄准精度的问题,基于兵器标准推荐数值确定了炮口制退器的主要尺寸参数及其变动范围,设计了适用于Φ50 mm口径的一级气体炮反作用式炮口制退器,理论分析了制退器的制退效率,获得了高压气室压力、弹体质量、侧孔倾角以及侧孔直径等试验参数对制退效率的影响,并通过有限元流场仿真验证了制退效率,该方法和制退器的结构形式为其他应用场景的气体炮炮口制退器的设计提供了参考.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the aiming accuracy is affected by recoil force during the launching of gas gun,the main size parameters and their variation range of muzzle brake are determined based on the recommended values of weapon standard,and a first-class muzzle reaction muzzle brake suitable for Φ50mm caliber is designed.The braking efficiency of the brake is analyzed theoretically,and the effects of test parameters such as high-pressure air chamber pressure,projectile mass,side hole inclination angle,and side hole diameter on the braking efficiency are obtained,and the braking efficiency is verified by finite element flow field simulation.
