为研究添加中间层对TA2/5083 爆炸焊接的影响,分别选取0.3 mm和0.5mm厚度的 1060 铝中间层,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件结合ALE算法建立三维数值模型,分别模拟出添加0.3mm和0.5mm厚度1060 铝中间层的焊接过程,与直接爆炸焊接TA2 和5083 复合板进行对比.模拟结果表明:选择适当厚度的1060 铝中间层,能有效减少基板所受碰撞压力,让爆炸焊接过程更加平稳;结合建立的爆炸复合窗口,添加中间层能大大扩展可焊接窗口,减小碰撞速度,模拟结果更加接近理论碰撞速度,使复板以更佳的飞行速度与基板结合;0.3 mm厚度中间层复合板的焊接质量高于0.5mm厚度中间层高于无中间层的,模拟与实验吻合较好,添加合适厚度的中间层1060 能大程度提高TA2/5083 复合质量.
Numerical simulation of the influence of aluminum intermediate layer on TA2/5083 explosive welding
In order to study the effect of adding intermediate layers on TA2/5083 explosion welding,1060 aluminum intermediate layers with 0.3 mm thickness and 0.5 mm thickness were selected respectively,and a three-dimensional numerical model was established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software combined with ALE algorithm,and the welding process of adding 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm thickness 1060 aluminum intermediate layers was simulated,respectively,compared with direct explosive welding TA 2 and 5083 composite plates.The simulation results show that selecting the appropriate thickness of 1060 aluminum intermediate layer can effectively reduce the collision pressure of the substrate and make the explosive welding process more stable.Combined with the established explosive welding window,the addition of an intermediate layer can greatly expand the weldable window,reduce the collision velocity,and the simulation results are closer to the theoretical collision velocity,so that the composite plate can be combined with the substrate at a better flight velocity;The welding quality of the 0.3 mm thickness intermediate layer composite plate is higher than that of 0.5 mm thickness intermediate layer and is higher than that of no intermediate layer,the simulation and experiment are better,and the addition of the intermediate layer 1060 with appropriate thickness can greatly improve the composite quality of TA 2/5083.
