粘结剂复合方式对硼粉热性能的影响研究

为了研究含能粘结剂硝化纤维素与微米硼粉的不同复合方式对硼粉热氧化性能的影响,采用热重分析测试手段分析了不同复合方式(简单机械复合、浇膜复合、团聚造粒改性)对1μm硼粉热性能的影响,建立了3 种改性后硼粉的燃烧模型,研究了含能粘结剂硝化纤维素含量对其热氧化性能的影响.结果表明:团聚造粒改性对其氧化性能改善最佳;简单机械复合、浇膜复合和团聚造粒改性分别使硼粉氧化温度提前了0.1、29.4、112.3℃;简单机械复合与团聚造粒改性使硼粉最终氧化率分别提高了3.4%和13.8%,而浇膜复合无较大改善作用;随着硝化纤维素含量的增加,硼粉的氧化性能增强.
The effect of compounding methods of binder on the thermal properties of boron powder
In order to study the effect of mixing methods of energetic binder nitrocellulose and micron boron powder on the thermal oxidation properties of boron powder,the effects of different compounding methods(simple mechanical mixing,casting film compounding,agglomerating and granulating modification)on the thermal properties of 1 μm boron powder were studied by means of thermogravimetric analysis.Furthermore,the effect of the content of nitrocellulose on the thermal oxidation performance of energetic binder was studied,and the oxidation results were analyzed by the combustion model of boron powder.The results showed that agglomerating and granulating modification had the best effect on the oxidation performance of boron.The oxidation temperature of boron powder was enhanced about 0.1℃,29.4℃and 112.3℃by simple mechanical mixing,casting film compounding and agglomerating modification,respectively.The final oxidation rate of boron powder was increased by 3.4%and 13.8%by simple mechanical mixing and agglomeration granulation,respectively,while the casting film compounding had no significant improvement.The oxidation performance of boron powder was enhanced with the increase of nitrocellulose content.
